Introducing The Healthy Living Revolution
I’ve just turned the big 50 and Paul is mid 50’s so we’ve experienced many changes over the years – although not as many as our parents have!
The majority of the time, I am all for change, infact one of my pet hates is the phrase ‘but we’ve always done it this way’, however, when I look at health and well being, frankly, the outlook for the next generation is a bit bleak. Yes, we have made wonderful breakthroughs in terms of science and medicine, however, I can’t help but feel that many illnesses and diseases could be avoided if we just ate a better diet and exercised more.
Healthy living used to be a lot easier:
- Life was less hectic
- Children used to spend more time playing outdoors instead of being glued in front of the TV or with a gaming controller in hand
- There was more time for ‘good old fashioned, home cooking’, instead of a ding / ready meal!
So, we are on a mission to Take Healthy Back!
