Most of us are creatures of habit and when it comes to our morning nutrition shake, Paul and I are no exception. We have our favourite mix and 95% of the time stick it.
So here is Paul’s favourite Juice Plus Complete Vanilla Shake recipe:
- 1 x 35g scoop of Vanilla Complete
- 1 medium sized banana
- 8 ring of fresh pineapple (approx 3/4″ thick)
- 10g of Goji Berries
- 250ml of water
- 4-5 ice cubes
Please all of the above into a container and blend using an electric blender.
Drink immediately
